Education in India

Fundamental education is from 6 to 14 years.
The fundamental right of education in India is from 6 to 14 years.

If anyone talks about India they must include Indian culture, food, and diversities. India filled with the most amazing things. Known for world seventh wonder monuments(The Taz Mahal), space org. ISRO, the largest armies, and fast-developing country. From outside of boundary everything looks better and fair. But at ground level what was/is the facts remain unaltered. I’m talking about repercussions on Human Resource Developments by disorganized EDUCATION system.

Welcome to the WORLDAIRY, here you get ground truth. Here are the details of the description of the career and future of Indian students.

Distribution of resources:

The literacy rate in India is 74%. Kerala is the highest (approx. 94%) and Bihar has least(approx. 63%). Compare to south India, north India is in the worst condition. The government of India does better to fulfill the basic needs. But citizens do not reach the optimum level yet. India’s economy is the top 10 of the world. But the problem is even today more than 100 million Indians don’t get basic needs. That results to go to sleep without proper foods and water.

When someone surrounds by such miserable condition then it becomes hard to pour EDUCATION. And if they do not meet the basic need, how to step forward to think about their dream, desire, and future. The above circumstances set back the growth of seeds.

The fate of Indian students:

The future of Indian students is decided by his/her parents. Somehow they want to see their kids fulfill wishes. That not achieved by them, without knowing what he wants. If you are an Indian student from a middle-class family. Your life and career are pre-determined by your look after. Nursery to high school heeds only a few skills and subjects. That may or may not meet your future requirements.

After high schools, you have to be decisive only in science and commerce. This may the biggest fault in the education system. Try to judge fish by its capability to climb on the tree. It doesn’t matter you are a good photographer, painter, singer, cricketer or interested in journalism. If you follow the pattern, you get a constraint option for a career.

Now gradually Indian parent becomes widen and unconventional to think right for their kids. In most countries, any profession or job is respected and praised. Because the job is a job, in the end, it doesn’t matter whether you are a painter, photographer, plumber or have A-grade job. From the last 15 to 20 years Indian students had only two options Doctor or Engineer. Gradually, such things are a good sign for the development of India as a human resource.

Fee vs Education:

Most of the countries offer free education to Indian students. But at the domestic level students find it hard to get an education at the cost of parent lifetime wages and may or may not get optimal knowledge to set career. After schooling, the competition for admission is raised every year either in IITs for B Tech. or AIIMS for Doctors. Less than 10% of students get the privilege to on such collages.

Rest Indian students come in hand of expensive privates collages. They treat parents as customers and suck lots of money from them in return for outdated, waste knowledge and skills to their scholars.

Unemployments:

Every year millions of students graduated from college, only a few get a secure and dream job. Most of the graduate follow their passion after college. Some go for UPSC (Civil Service) exam and some follow the unconventional route for their career. Now a day if you make a small effort toward the success you must get a reward from it.

Today we are living in the era of AI, robotics, and automation. These technologies act as a catalyst in the developments of products and services. The condition of the education system remains incompetent to produce challenging brains that meet the requirements. Conservative minds will become unguarded if they become an unparallel to update and refresh their skills for survival in the race of employments. So for all these colleges or any organization failed to promise the security of career.

In western country numbers of dropout, ratios are maximum compared to other countries and most entrepreneurship as well. Because they recognize the direction of tomorrow and passion within. That pushes to take the risk at an early age.

Hope and Optimism:

Today the CEO of the world’s biggest companies are Indians. But in the country of the biggest population, only less than 0.1% have great success careers. Most of the rich Indian kids get to engage with parent business or opportunities to study abroad and students of impotent students follow their traditions by compromising with their dreams.

Never stop learning. Self education is what start after college.
Self-education is important. Most of the amazing skills learn after collage that acts as the backbone of an individual and nation developments.

But things are altering now, the dreams to touch the shore of destinations are on its way. Due to the emergence of the technology and bulk participation of youth pushes the scale of the Education system and continues to serve specific things on the table. NGO(Non-Govt. Org.) plays a crucial role in nation-building and contribute through the campaign. The technology hub Bengaluru is the city known as the silicon valley of India. Now Indian students raising entrepreneurship bars and take the risk. The course of option for careers and profession are unbounded.
